Too Fresh was founded by Chef Simon Nguyen and his wife Maria Nguyen. Their love for food, animals, and the environment has given them the concept of creating plant based food with the familiarity of the most common go-to foods and more. At Too Fresh, we welcome everyone, from the aged vegan to the person who has never even heard of plant based foods, there is no judgement here. All love and the interest for delicious food.

We are still a new business in Nashville, TN that is starting out with catering. We are all about community and hope to collaborate with more local businesses to help each other grow. Hopefully soon we will have a food truck driving around your neighborhood to supply you all with some tasty goods!
